Authentic
Boundaries
in Nursing
Reducing Burnout.
Building Resilience.
A skills-based, in-person continuing education seminar for RNs, LPNs, and APRNs navigating high emotional load, time pressure, and complex clinical demands. You’ll learn a simple boundary framework that clarifies why and when to hold firm, or if responding with flexibility might better serve the situation. Flexibility in your boundaries doesn’t have to drain you. We demystify the flexible boundary so you can practice it with skill to alleviate burnout, strengthen your resilience, and foster professional goodwill within your team. Discover a more sustainable approach to boundary-setting in this 4.0 hour continuing education seminar.
