Course Overview

We want our choices to lead to our happiness and wellbeing. We want certainty when faced with the question of what to do next, when the road forks and it’s possible to go left, or continue right. Should we slow down, quicken the pace, step back, or push into new territory more assertively? And when faced with decisions, do we circle in place? And if so, how long do we linger, and do we ever take the new path and the new direction?

Life is full of options, which means it’s full of choices. The decisions we make shape the life we live. Knowing this gives our choices weight, and for many of us, this weightiness makes decisions hard to make. Sometimes the need to make a simple decision can ruin our day.

But here’s the thing: you can know the next right step to take at each decision point—the step that supports your happiness and wellbeing while moving you toward the results you want—if your internal compass has the information it needs to point you to your True North.

Give your internal compass what it needs to discover your True North.

In this Course, you’ll learn how to:

  • Maximize the raw data you receive from your emotions, mind, and body—the very data your internal compass uses to orient itself.

  • Identify the emotions you access with ease, and those you don’t, and then expand your capacity to feel into your whole experience.

  • Eavesdrop on your mind. Position yourself to receive a steady stream of useful information without being pulled into fearful or repetitive thinking.

  • Tune in to your physical sensations. Assess how clearly you can perceive them, and then strengthen your ability to listen to your body.
