YOUR INTERNAL COMPASS RESET…or, How to know what’s good for you and the best way to get there

Do you know what’s good for you, especially in those moments when what looks good is in fact not good? Can you choose the right direction despite the opinions of others, and reliably land on the one that fuels your health and happiness? Your answers to these questions might just reveal the state of your internal compass.

Resetting your internal compass so you can navigate even complex situations with more confidence, independence, happiness, and wellbeing is what Course One is designed to achieve.

The Courses are like “life workbooks.”

They’re where stale notions about who you are and what you’re capable of come to die and be reborn.

Each workbook is designed to:

  • identify and develop one set of concepts and skills integral to an authentic, well-lived life

  • give you the background information, downloadable resources, exercises and audio files you need to master that skill-set for yourself

  • function online. Access the material from anywhere while progressing at your own pace.

The Courses are where the skills of wellbeing become both concrete and actionable.

While the skill-set of each Course will vary, the mission stays the same: to help you develop, personalize, and integrate the targeted skills so you not only know what to do, BUT CAN DO what you know will benefit you.

The Courses emphasize core life skills, the ones that matter most to your happiness and wellbeing.

There are many skills to develop in life, and each plays a part in your happiness and wellbeing. But the Courses share the most critical ones, the ones without which it is very difficult to experience both happiness and wellbeing while pursuing a life of impact and meaning. I present these skill-sets, not in the order of their value, but based on what’s missing and most crucial to have in these changing and consequential times.

The Courses are meant to be the price of a frozen pizza, a good one.

We all deserve to thrive, regardless of the start we had in life, the life we fell into, or the life we lost abruptly, or imperceptibly along the way. Keeping these Courses accessible is my way of believing in you, joining with you, and supporting you as you progress toward your happiness and freedom.
