There are many skills worth developing, and each contributes to a life of balance and growth. But the Courses focus on the most critical ones, the skills without which it is difficult to sustain both happiness and wellbeing while pursuing a life of impact and meaning. I present these skills, not in the order of their value, but based on what’s most needed in these changing and consequential times.
